If received defected or cracked, kindly inform our customer care department on +961 71 118 366 Via WhatsApp or send an email to orders@belebnen.com within 3 Days of receiving your order, and your orders will be handled as soon as possible.
If the item is in a good condition and not having any production default then the item is not eligible for return.
Note We ask that the product be untracked and packed in the original boxes in order to ensure credit.
The replacement order will be processed once the originally delivered Package is picked up.
If the reason for the exchange is a customer request, the customer will have to pay 3$ additional delivery charge
All Accessories must be included in the package of the returned products; otherwise the exchange will be terminated.
For every returned item, you will receive an automated message from our end containing the full price of the item, don’t worry, we fix the prices on the system before sending them.
Any replacement order needs between 5 to 8 working days to be delivered.
Refund is processed after BeLebnen has done the quality evaluation of the returned item. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via money transfer companies.
Delivery and Service
Currently delivery is available every day of the week except Sunday and customer service is available each day from 10:00 am till 10:00 pm. We deliver anywhere in Lebanon and worldwide!
Any/all orders are received by mail and the mail receiver dispatches or re-contacts the buyer, we can’t add a condition in the checkout page for redirection or chat
